Don't Be Angry

Are you feel angry anymore?? What is the same between angry and anger?

Anger is one of the factors that cause depression and sadness. The following are some ways of controlling your anger:

1) Combat feelings of anger as if anger itself is your enemy.
2) Make ablution. Since anger is an member of the fire, it can be extinguished by water.
3) If you are standing, sit; and if you are sitting, lie down.
4) When you are angry, remain silent.
5) Remind yourself of the rewards of those who repress their anger and of those who forgive.

Three mistakes that are common in our everyday lives

1) Wasting time.
2) Talking about matters that dont concern us, matters that are none of our business.
3) Being preoccupied with trivial issues. Listening to rumors, predictions, and gossip are three common examples. Having this characteristic results in paranoia, anxiety, and a lack of purpose in life.

Relief After Hardship

Hardship, no matter how great and far-reaching it becomes, never endures or lasts. Rather, the harsher and more difficulty one's circumstances become, the closer one comes to ease, comfort and relief. Then help and aid are forthcoming from Allah. Is not the end of every dark night a bright morning?

So, we must have to face all the hardship with our strong soul...

translation:

1) relief~rasa lega
2) hardship~kepayahan/kesukaran
3) endures~bertahan/kekal
4) rather~lebih tepat lagi
5) harsher~kasar/keras/kejam
6) circumstances~keadaan/hal/perihal
7)ease~kemudahan/kelegaan/kelapangan/kesenangan/keselesaan
8) aid~bantuan
9) forthcoming~akan datang

Lets be grateful to Allah

Lets read da doa....

Welcome 2 My Life

Do you ever feel like breaking down?
Do you ever feel out of place?
Like somehow you just dont belong
And no one understand you

Do you ever want to run away?
Do you lock yourself in your room?
With the radio on turned up so loud
That no one hears your screaming

No you dont know what it's like
When nothing feels alright
You dont know what it's like
To be like me

To be hurt, to feel lost
To be left out in the dark
To be kicked when you're down
To feel like you've been pushed around

To be on the edge of breaking down
And no one's there to save you
No one dont know what it's like
Welcome to my life

Do you wanna be somebody else?
Are you sick of feeling so left out?
Are you desperate to find something more
Before your life is over?

Are you stuck inside a world you hate?
Are you sick of everyone around?
With their big fake smiles and stupid lies
While deep inside you're bleeding

No you dont know what it's like
When nothing feels alright
You dont know what it's like
To be like me

To be hurt, to feel lost
To be left out in the dark
To be kicked when you're down
To feel like you've been pushed around

To be on the edge of breaking down
And no one's there to save you
No one dont know what it's like
Welcome to my life

~this is da songs from da old songs by simple plan...its theme is about welcome 2 my life...its pretty hard ar 2 survive our life...so continue to read da lyrics....

Patience is most fitting

Those who meet hardship with a strong bearing and a patient countenance are in the minority. But we must consider this, though it may seem obvious: if you or me will not be patient, then what else is there for us to do? Do you have a alternative solution? Do you know of any provision that is better than patience?

Those that achieve greatness have to surmount an ocean of difficulties and hardships before finally achieving success. Know that each time you escape a difficulty you will have to face another. Through this constant conflict, you must arm yourself with patience and a strong trust in Allah.

This is the way of the noble-minded: they face difficulties with firm resolution, and they wrestle hardship to the ground.

Therefore be patient and know that your patience is only through Allah. Have the patience of one who is confident of forthcoming ease, of one who knows that there will be a good ending, and of one who seeks reward from his Lord, hoping, that by facing difficulties, he will find expiation for his sins. Have patience, no matter what the difficulty and no matter how dark the sky or the road ahead seems. For truly, with patience comes victory, and with difficulty relief follows close behind.

Hardship fell upon their heads like the lashing of freezing rain and yet they were rewarded for their patience with success...so lets try to be patience in all the time...

Knowledge...

Ibn Hazm mentioned that from the benefits of knowledge is that it repels evil whispers from da soul n that it rids one of worries and troubles.

This is especially true 4 da one who loves knowledge, who studies constantly, and who applies in practice what he learned. The student of knowledge should distribute his time between memorizing, reading, researching, and reflecting.

Knowledge is da key 2 serenity and ease

Knowledge and an easy-going nature are like two inseparable companions:if the first is present, the other can be counted upon 2 accompany it. If u study da lives of Islam's greatest scholars, you will find that led simple lives n they were easy 2 deal with. They understood da purpose of life n knew which issues were paramount n which were less important. Meanwhile, u will find that da most obstinate of da people r those who, without having knowledge, are ascetics. They misunderstand revealed texts n are ignorant of religious issues. The calamity of da Khawarij ( a deviant sect) stemmed frm a paucity of knowledge n understanding. They were not guided 2 understand that there are issues which are paramount in our religion, n which take precedence over other issues. And so they excelled in insignificant matters while failing miserable in lofty matters not 2 mention da mere basics.
